Certified DealerCountry Day Estates is a luxury new-construction development in Oakhurst, NJ, right in our home market. As the low-voltage and automation partner on this project, we planned and installed a full technology package for the homes: Control4 whole-home automation, a UniFi Wi-Fi network sized for a large home, whole-home audio, a dedicated home theater, matrix audio/video distribution so any source can play on any screen, and security cameras.
Working directly with the builder let us plan wiring, equipment rooms and device locations before the walls closed, so every home got a clean, fully integrated system rather than something bolted on afterward.

What is matrix audio/video?
A matrix system lets any video or audio source (cable, streaming, a media server) be sent to any TV or zone in the home, switched from a single app or keypad, instead of wiring one source to one screen.
Do you work directly with builders on new developments?
Yes. We plan wiring and equipment rooms with the builder before drywall, then return for trim-out, programming and a homeowner walkthrough. See our builder page for how that process works.
Can a similar package be installed in an existing home?
Yes, though new construction makes wiring easier. We can plan a comparable system for an existing home too.
