Araknis network installation
Araknis networking is built for smart homes: routers, managed switches and Wi-Fi access points designed to keep Control4, Sonos, cameras and streaming stable, and monitored remotely.
5.0 on Google · 60+ reviewsAraknis is Snap One's networking line, designed for the kinds of homes we build: lots of connected devices, whole-home audio and video, cameras and Control4. Its routers, managed PoE switches and access points work with OvrC remote management, so we can see the network's health and fix many problems without a visit.
We design the network around the house: wired access points on each floor, switches sized for cameras and access points, and settings that keep smart home devices reachable. Araknis and UniFi are both excellent; we'll recommend the right fit for your home.

FAQ
Araknis network installation: common questions
Araknis or UniFi?
Both are professional systems. Araknis integrates tightly with OvrC and Control4 homes; UniFi is excellent too. See UniFi Wi-Fi.
Can you monitor my network remotely?
Yes. With OvrC we see device status and can reboot or fix many issues remotely.
Will it fix Control4 going offline?
Often, yes. A stable network is the cure for many offline problems. See networks for Control4.
Do you replace my internet provider's router?
Usually we put it in bridge mode or next to our router, so a provider change doesn't disrupt your smart home.
