Control4 for condos and apartments: common questions
Do I need to open walls?
Often very little. Wireless dimmers and keypads fit existing boxes, and battery shades need no new wiring.
Does the building need to approve the work?
Some do. We provide certificates of insurance and paperwork your managing agent or board asks for, and follow work hours.
Can Control4 work with my building intercom?
Many video intercoms can be integrated or answered from your phone. We check your building's system first.
