Authorized DealerControl4 gives you several ways to control your home: the app on your phone, Halo and Halo Touch remotes, in-wall and tabletop touch screens, and engraved keypads by the door or bed. The best systems use a mix, so guests and family never need to open an app to turn on a light or a TV.
4Sight is Control4's subscription for remote access, voice assistants and notifications. We set it up, connect Alexa or Google if you want voice control, and choose the alerts that are actually useful, like a door left unlocked or water detected.

My old Control4 remote is discontinued. What replaces it?
Halo and Halo Touch replaced the older SR-260 and Neeo remotes. We pair the new remote and program your rooms and buttons on it.
What is Control4 4Sight?
A Control4 subscription that adds remote access away from home, voice assistant control and notifications. We set it up and connect the services you want.
My remote access stopped working. Why?
The most common reason is an expired 4Sight subscription or an account change. See Control4 not working for other causes.
Can you engrave new keypad buttons?
Yes. We order engraved buttons that match your scenes, so every keypad says exactly what it does.
